Career Center

ASVAB = Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery test, used as a graduation pathway with a passing score AND to prepare students for a possible career in the US armed services or military. ASVAB test results are available 1-2 weeks after the test. Printed test results are in the Career Center; counselors and school staff receive scores. ASVAB registration is in the Career Center. (9th graders are not allowed to take the ASVAB.) Contact Career Center at email: ddahlke@everettsd.org.

Open House: Nov. 1, 2025, 10am-2pm----Visit classrooms, laboratories, a kitchen, and a barn at the Sno-Isle location near Paine Field in Everett, WA!!

• Online Application (for 2026-2027): Opens Nov. 3, 2025 at 12:00pm. Apply at Sno-Isle's Website (https://sc.mukilteoschools.org/)
• Nov. 3: Career Center Help 11am - 2pm. Mr. Dahlke will assist students with applying online to Sno-Isle. Students can request a hall pass.

• Oct. 30: RAP Open House (6:00-7:30pm)

  Interested families and families are encouraged to attend to explore RAP center’s classrooms, labs, and talk with RAP staff and teachers.

  Nov. 3 (8am): Student Application Portal Opens here: https://www.msd25.org/o/District/page/rap-application
  • Applications with attendance records and transcripts reflecting consistent on-time attendance and passing academic standing will be given first consideration for interview. Sending districts are responsible for coordinating a chaperone, transportation to and from RAP on the day of the interview, and excusing absences. 
     
  • • Nov. 3: Career Center Help Time: 8am - 2pm Mr. Dahlke will assist students with applying online, retrieving transcript, attendance/grades, etc. Please allow students to visit Career Center. Students can request a hall pass from Career Center.

      TIMELINE:
      10/30/25 - Open House, 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm. We encourage interested students and their families to attend. This provides an opportunity to tour the RAP center and speak with the RAP staff. 

      11/03/25 - RAP Application Portal opens.
      12/11/25 - RAP Application Portal closes.

      01/07/26 - Applicants will be invited to interview. 

      Applications meeting the RAP Pre-apprentice Success Contract requirements of passing academic standing and having no unexcused/truant absences or tardies will be first considered for an interview. 

      02/23/26 - 02/27/26 - Interviews will take place in person at the RAP Center. 
      03/09/26 - Notification of 2026 - 2027 status will be emailed to applicants and their high schools counselors.
      03/17/26 - Online enrollment to the Marysville School District and all required forms are due.
