Transcripts

College transcript requests can be submitted by logging into Naviance.

Your school’s registrar or school counselor will process college transcript requests based on your application type.  (Direct to college or Common App)

Former students can request transcripts by completing the Everett Public Schools – Alumni Transcript Request Form to submit the request.

• Requests will be reviewed, and an email response sent within 48-72 hours.

Requesting an unofficial transcript

• Students needing unofficial transcripts for auto insurance, driver permits, scholarships, or other purposes.
• Email the jhstranscripts@everettsd.org  from your student email account and include your student ID.
• Please allow 48-72 hours for processing.

Add or remove middle school credits to high transcript

• Students and families can request eligible courses to be removed from their high school transcript by emailing   jhstranscripts@everettsd.org to request the Middle School Credit Form.
• Include student’s full name and student ID
• Eligible courses can be removed prior to the end of the student’s 11^th grade school year.
• Please allow 48-72 hours for processing.
